This 3 HOUR Managing Difficult People workshop empowers you to effectively deal with the range of different people who come in and out of your life, from business clients, staff, customers and suppliers, to family and friends.
You will learn about what motivates humans (you and others) to behave in certain ways, and how your communication and language can be tailored to manage your state and the emotions of others and influence behaviour and outcomes.
You will learn specific tools to assist you to master your interpersonal relationships in any area of your life.

Peter Drummond - your trainer
Peter Drummond has made education his life’s work. Teaching, lecturing and training professionally, he brings his extensive experience and knowledge of 21st century learning models to our trainings. In addition to training teachers at university he has worked as a coach and mentor in schools designing and redeveloping curriculum and assessment frameworks that address the learning needs of students and the training needs of teachers. Peter has more than 35 years teaching and training teenagers and adults in classrooms, universities, training colleges in addition to online webinars, guest speaker events and group mentoring and coaching.
