NLP is a powerful thinking and action-based framework.

N = NEURO:

In NLP, this refers to the neurological structure of the human brain and the ways in which people are "wired" to think, feel and act.

L = LINGUISTIC:

The Linguistic component of NLP examines language and reveals the codes used to interpret

  • Reality, and
  • Strategies developed in response to this interpretation.
    NLP trains you to listen for and utilise the language code so you can understand, predict and influence behaviour.

P = PROGRAMMING:

The programming aspect of NLP identifies the strategies that drive the patterns in our thinking, emotional states and behaviour to produce the results we get.

Through your training in NLP you learn the specific skills and strategies needed to make positive changes, create new choices, be more effective with others and free yourself of limiting habits and beliefs. NLP enables you to think and act with greater clarity and purpose, both professionally and personally.

NLP is the study of modelling excellence.  We model by observing both the conscious and unconscious strategies and processes that successful people use to achieve their success. With NLP we can elicit the strategies, beliefs and mindsets that deliver success in others and that often operate at the unconscious level.

We can then apply these strategies to our own lives to improve relationships, to address issues we might be facing e.g. anxiety, and even to be better in our business.

The keys that NLP works with to unlock our "secret power" are found in our inner thoughts, the words, pictures, feelings and beliefs that we have and see.  By experimenting with different options, we discover new possibilities.

If you work in a role that requires high quality and effective leadership, influence, negotiation and communication with people, NLP training is for you.

You do not need any formal qualification to participate in our training. However, you cannot enrol for Master Practitioner training without first having successfully completed Practitioner training.
